On Sunday Dec. 4, 2011 Ralph Edward Santos (Ralph E) passed away peacefully. He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph & Rose Santos and survived by his wife Margie Santos, multiple family members and friends. Ralph E. never met a stranger and had an abundance of friends from N.Y. City to Hawaii and then some. He had a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off his back. He was the former owner of Al's Place in Locke, CA for 40 yrs. and loved the business. He was a "No Problem" guy and will be greatly missed by all. There will no service. Donations can be made to a charity of choice.
