Robert Strasser-Olson was taken from us too soon on Thursday, September 19, 2013. Robert, the beloved son of Rochelle Strasser and Raymond Olson, was born in Sacramento on June 30, 1984. He was 29 years young. In addition to his parents, Robert leaves behind his brother, Bjorn, his grandparents, Bob and Maryann Strasser and Roberta Murdock, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Robert loved his Oakland Raiders and Oakland A's. East Bay All the Way. He will be greatly missed by all.
Viewing will be available on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Harry A. Nauman and Son Land Park Chapel, 4041 Freeport Blvd., Sacramento, and services will be held the following morning at 10:00am. A reception will take place at the Bryte VFW Hall on 1708 Lisbon Ave. in Bryte after the service. Burial will be private. Friends and family may also leave remembrances to Robert at the Dignity Memorial/Harry A. Nauman and Son website.
Robert's parents ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Karlasmithfoundation.org mental health support organization.
