Born November 15, 1936 in Loug Tong Village of Toi San, China and passed away peacefully on February 2, 2015 in Sacramento, CA. Preceded in death by mother, Tuey Ngoon Lee, and father, Fook Hong Eng. Survived by husband, George Soon Louie, sister Amy (Peter) Kung and brother, Stanley Eng. Beloved mother to Hiram (Judy) Louie, Harry (Jean) Louie, and Helen (George) Fong. Cherished grandmother to Cameron, Francine, Jocelyn and Claire. Devoted aunt to Nicole and Matthew. She will always be in our hearts. Visitation and Services will be held at Harry A. Nauman & Son, 4041 Freeport Blvd., Sacramento, CA. Visitation will be held on February 6, 2015 from 5pm-8pm. Funeral Services will be held on February 7, 2015 at 11am.
