Arthur gave 22 years of service to the New York State Police and then worked a variety of select jobs until fully retiring in 2015. He loved his family, friends and anything outdoors, especially golf.
Arthur is survived by his wife Sheila; son Richard Schneck (Rajni); daughters Amanda Schneck (Andrew James) and Margaret Mazza (Scott). Grandchildren Leela Schneck; Taj Schneck; Sawyer Mazza and Hampton Mazza. Also surviving are his brothers Henry Schneck (Donna), George Schneck (Grita), Robert Schneck (Susan), Sisters-in-law, Marie Heinrich (Glenn); Karen Carr (David); Diane Steves (John); Bridget Blinn (Philip); Brother-in-law John Stubley (Deborah) and many nieces and nephews. As well as his former wife, Kathleen Mullen Schneck.
He was preceded in death by his parents, August and Adeline Schneck; In-Laws, Richard J. and Mary Eileen Stubley; Sister-in-law, Sandy Schneck and Nephew, Bryan Schneck.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, November 13, 2023 from 12:00pm-3:00pm at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home; 1285 St. Johns Parkway, St. Johns, FL 32259.
