Rosemary Frances Helms

Rosemary Frances Helms, age 70, of Hastings, Florida passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023. She was born in Boston Massachusetts and attended Brighton High School, class of 1971. She eventually moved to Charleston SC where she started ASAP plumbing with her husband Larry Helms and made a huge impact on her client’s lives. She and her husband Larry ran ASAP Plumbing until his passing in 2005. Rosemary continued the business until 2018 when she moved to St. Augustine Florida. She attended Christ's Church (2018-2023) and worked at Gate (2022-2023) where she met amazing people and friends that loved her dearly as if she were family.

Rosemary is preceded in death by her mother - Mae Vasseur, father - Armand Vasseur, husband - Larry Helms, daughter - Kimberly McCaskill, and brothers - Roy Vasseur, Richard Vasseur, Russell Vasseur, and Robert Vasseur.

Rosemary is survived by her daughter Christina Hester, brother Ron Vasseur, grandson Ethan Hester, and granddaughter Caroline McCaskill.

A memorial service for Rosemary Helms will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 11:00 am at Christ's Church Mandarin located at 6045 Greenland Rd Jacksonville FL 32258. Doors will open at 10:30 and there will be a luncheon immediately following.
