

On December 18th, 1993, she married Jared Ellis, and together they built a life rooted in love, shared values, and selfless devotion. As a mother, she poured her heart into raising her children, Kodin and Rylan, always striving to give them the best life possible. Their journey took them across the country, creating cherished memories in California, Arkansas, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida. No matter where life took them, family remained her greatest priority. Through every moment, big and small, she surrounded her husband and children with unwavering, unconditional love.
Tiffany’s warmth and compassion for others were reflected in her lifelong dedication to helping those around her. From a young age, she dreamed of becoming a teacher, a goal she proudly achieved. Through her work, Tiffany traveled to Belize and South Africa, where she helped support and mentor teachers in low-income areas, a mission that was close to her heart. Her unwavering desire to positively influence others created a lasting legacy, touching the lives of countless people who will miss her dearly.
Tiffany was a lifelong learner with a passion for helping others. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in counseling from Lamar University. In addition to her degrees, she obtained numerous certifications that further strengthened her expertise. After completing her education, she became a licensed mental health counselor, dedicating her career to supporting others both in her school and private practice. Her compassion and commitment touched countless lives, leaving a lasting impact on everyone she helped.
Known for her fun spirit, Tiffany loved activities like driving her Jeep on the beach, working out, and traveling. She especially enjoyed going on cruises to destinations where she could soak up the warm sun by the ocean. One of her proudest moments was accomplishing a long-time goal—completing her first marathon. She cherished every moment spent with her beloved dogs, Ginger and Kali, who were always by her side, bringing her endless joy and companionship.
Tiffany is survived by her husband, Jared; her children, Kodin and Rylan; her parents, William and Cheryl; her siblings, Clinton, Brittany, and Benjamin; and many other family members and dear friends whom she loved deeply.
A visitation for Tiffany will be held Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens St. Johns, 1285 St. Johns Parkway, St. Johns, FL 32259, followed by a celebration of life from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
