Fran "J. C." Spaeth, age 73, of Chesterfield, Missouri passed away on Monday March 11, 2019. Fran was born June 13, 1945 in Saint Louis, Missouri to Alvira A Rozgowski (nee Osterloh) and Frank A Rozgowski.
Fran is survived by; daughter Janet (Paul) Creager; sister Audrey Engle; granddaughter Brittany Kerbler, grandson Brendan Zimerman, great grandson Hunter Kerbler and great granddaughter Carsynn Kerbler.
Fran was preceded in death by her husband David L Spaeth; parents Frank and Alvira Rozgowski; brothers Bobby Rozgowski, Richard Rozgowski, Eugene Rozgowski, Donald Rozgowski and Frank Rozgowski.
Fran was a person full of life and had a zest for life with J C covering her back. Fran loved to have fun and joke around. She never met a stranger and all were welcomed as old friends.She was an avid bingo player, and was known to enjoy playing video poker. Her best times were when she was with her family. Though she is gone from our sight we trust as she would all ways remind us "Me and JC are always looking over you."
A visitation for Fran will be held Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, Saint Louis, Missouri 63125. The funeral mass will occur Friday, March 15, 2019 at 9:00 AM at St Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 610 W Ripa Ave, Saint Louis, Missouri 63125. Following the funeral mass a committal service will be offered at 10:15 AM at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Rd, Jefferson Barracks, Missouri 63125.
