Collett, Mildred Mabel (nee Wilkenloh) Born January 2, 1922, passed away December 16, 2012. Wife of Walter Collett Jr. (deceased 1989) for 49 years; Mother of Dana W. Collett, deceased 1997 (Karen), Connie Sue Christian (Harold) of Greenville, South Carolina and Lawrence A. Collett (Sharon) of St. Louis, Missouri; Grandmother of Michele Maack, Michael Collett, Nicole Wilkerson, Matthew Christian, Joshua Christian, Jill Bogle, Erin Mills, Kellie Kennedy and Katie Higgins; Great Grandmother of eighteen; daughter of the late Lawrence and Rose Wilkenloh; Sister of Loretta Braun, Rose Marie Wilkenloh and Margorie Grafeman, all deceased. Sister in Law, Aunt and Great Aunt.

Millie was an inspiration to all who knew her. Her determination and spunk were a reminder of the tenacity and willingness of those in her generation who set aside their won personal agendas for the needs of family and others. After losing the love of her life (Bud), she committed the rest of her time to church and family. She had a deep affection for the congregation and ministry of the First Baptist Church of Fenton, where she worshipped until she was unable to leave home. Known as GGMA to many of her great grandchildren, she continually amused them with her stories and antics. She was known for her honesty, transparency and love of reading. She was truly a blessing.
