Beloved husband of the late Elnora (nee Washington); loving father of JoAnn Scott; dear grandfather of Jenee Chisholm and Jennifer Clay of St. Louis, MO: great-grandfather of Aaron Jones, Jr., Jaron Jones, and Jaydon Jones of St. Louis, MO; dear brother of Beatrice Jones of Flint, MI, dear brother-in-law of Ruby Green of Charleston, S.C.

Son of the late Robert Scott and Lucyjames (nee Laughinghouse) Scott, Perry was blessed to have his aunt, Willie Mae Taylor, to help raise him.

SERVICES: A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at KRIEGSHAUSER MORTUARY-WEST CHAPEL 9450 Olive Blvd., Olivette, MO. Private committal services with Military Honors will be held in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
