Robin E. Smith, age 47 of Fenton, Mo. passed away peacefully at her home on October 3, 2017. She is survived by her children Christopher R. (Sarah) Schmitt and Ryan Schmitt, a step-sister Peggy Michele Wakefield and her parents Ernest and Rita Ferris. Robin is also survived by cousins Mark, Jason, Tim and Kyle Mullens, Nick and James Willmering and Terry Benson and Aunts Rhonda Willmering and Dara Mullens. She was preceded in death by her "Grandmaw" Dorothy Mullens, uncles Tim Mullens and Terry Benson and a cousin Chrystal Benson.
Robin was much loved by her family and loved animals of all kinds. She enjoyed working as a home health aid for the elderly for as long as she could, until her own health began to fail.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30 am, Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd., St. Louis, Mo. Visitation will be at the Funeral home from 4-8 pm on Tuesday October 10.
