Bernice C. Weiner

Bernice grew up in Malden, MA, the daughter of the late Alec and Harriet Shaievitz. The wife of the late Melvin J Weiner - they were married for 35 years before his passing in 1984.

She was the loving mother of Janet Weiner of Needham, Sandra Eskin (Don) of Sharon and Linda Sukernek (Warren) of Needham. Beloved Nana to Jenna Sukernek and Dr. Justin Sukernek. She was the sister of the late Gerald Shaievitz. Adored by Abby Eskin (Zak), Zoe and Smith.

Bernice was an avid bridge and mah-jongg player, a member of Hadassah and longtime member of Kernwood Country Club.

Graveside services to be held on October 9th at 10:00 am at Beth El Cemetery, 506 Lowell Street, Peabody, MA 01960.

Shiva to be held at the home of Sandra and Don Eskin following the service and on Tuesday from 1:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm.
