Geraldine Yellin

YELLIN, Geraldine (Ross)- of Marblehead, formerly of Chelsea, entered into rest on January 31, 2016 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Yellin. Devoted mother of Eric and Helen Yellin of Salem and Lincoln, the late Scott Yellin and his wife Debi Yellin of Maryland, and the late Andrea (Yellin) Firestone. Loving sister of Ruth Orloff and the her late husband Sol of Revere, Paula Phipps and her husband Larry of Vermont, and the late Seymour Ross. Cherished grandmother of Brant Firestone and his late wife Jeanine and his partner Rosie Barrett, Jared Firestone and his wife Johanna, Shane Yellin and his wife Catherine, Karlie Judge and her husband Jeff, Drew Firestone and Sophie LeAnn Yellin. Loving great-grandmother of Graham Firestone, Zack Firestone and Wren Firestone. Geraldine will be remembered for her ongoing, relentless love of family and children. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 10:30AM at Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel, 10 Vinnin St., Salem, MA. Interment will be held at Temple Emanu-El Memorial Park, Buxton Rd., Danvers. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Temple Emanu-El Memorial Park, 393 Atlantic Ave., Marblehead, MA 01945.
