

Minnie Singer, age 99 of Lynn, died on Wednesday in Salem Hospital. Born in Lynn, she graduated from Lynn English High School and Prozdor of the Lynn Hebrew College. She had taught Hebrew school at Cong. Ahabat Sholom in Lynn, Peabody Hebrew School and the North Shore Hebrew School in Swampscott. She was a past president of the following; Ladies Auxilliary of the Lynn Hebrew School, Sisterhood of Cong. Anshe Sfard, Lynn, Senior Friendship Group formerly the Golden Age and Friendship Clubs at the N.S. JCC, Marblehead. She was a member of the Choral Scociety and the Yiddish Club at the N.S. JCC in Marblehead,
AMIT Women, and the North Chapter of the N. E. Sinai Hospital.
Beloved wife of the late Harry Singer. Dear daughter of the late Philip and Rachel (Dermansky) Perlman. Devoted mother of Deborah and her husband Ronald Hallett of Lynn, Aida and her husband Rabbi Daniel Levine of Israel, Arthur and his wife Jane Singer of Lexington. Loving sister of the late Tova Hurwitz, David and Louis Perlman. Cherished grandmother of Shira Musher, Ian Herman, Ravi Levine, Talya Yehuda, Amir Levine, Jillian Singer , Beth Singer and 12 great-grandchildren. Services at the Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel, 10 Vinnin St., Salem-Swampscott line on Friday, Sept. 21 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Maple Hill Cemetery in Peabody. Memorial Observance through Friday sundown, Saturday evening, Sunday, Monday, and concluding Tuesday noon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Hallett.
