Born in Swampscott, she was the daughter of the late Morris and Sadie (Siegal) Lisook.
Natalie grew up in the family store, Lisook’s Children’s Clothing Store on Summer Street in Lynn. During WW2, as an air-raid warden, Natalie walked her Park Street neighborhood in Lynn during blackout drills, making sure no light escaped the houses. She graduated from Salem State in 1946 with a teacher’s degree and was voted “most skeptical” by her class.
Natalie was a former member of sisterhood Congregation Ahabat Sholom of Lynn. She was an avid Mahjong player and loved old movies and dogs, especially her beagles and wire fox terriers. She absolutely loved New England and its four seasons. You could always find her shoveling snow after a storm, even into her 80s.
Natalie leaves behind her son, Ronald Mack of Costa Mesa, Calif.; her daughter, Marcia Mack of Fountain Valley, Calif., and her grandchildren, Stephen Jacob Mack and Sarah Rose Mack.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 14, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. in Pride of Lynn Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, George.
