Billy Joe Baker, age 29, of Salem, Oregon passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.
Billy was born in Sacramento, California to Jeffrey and Gracie (Mendez) Baker. He is survived by his parents, his brothers, and his children. Billy was gone too soon and will be missed terribly.
