Cecelia B. Van Santen, a Keizer, Oregon resident for more than 66 years, was promoted to heaven January 27, 2025. She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Earl Van Santen, her parents, three sisters and one brother. She is survived by her brother, Lawrence Bergin (Liz), Son, Rod Van Santen, Daughter, Roxane (Van Santen) Palmer (Tim), three Grandchildren, and four Great-Grandchildren.
Viewing will be February 13, 2025, from 8:00 AM- Noon at Howell-Edwards-Doerksen, 1350 Commercial St. SE, Salem, Oregon 97302. Place of interment will be Belcrest Memorial Park.
Memorial Service will be February 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM at People's Church, 4500 Lancaster Dr. NE, Salem, OR 97305
