Joyce, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away peacefully on January 16, 2026 at the age of 79, surrounded by her family. She resided in Salem, OR.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry, daughters, Jamie Fillinger-Palotay(Jason) and Julie Farr(David), seven grandchildren, Sydney, Sam, Hannah, Ryan, Sophia, Chloe and Nathan, three great-grandsons, Holden, Noah and Baylor and multiple nephews and nieces. She also has one surviving brother, Joseph Wheeler.
She will be missed deeply and remembered with love by all who knew her.
