Kerry Brendon Benson

Kerry was born August 11, 1993. Kerry was a devoted Oregon Duck football fan who would travel around the country to watch his team play. He also was a San Francisco 49er fan. Aside from football, he loved to joke and laugh. He was an avid movie and comedian watcher. Kerry will be greatly missed for his quick wit, his great sense of humor, his love for animals, and his compassion toward others.

Kerry is a loving son, brother, grandson, and most recently a proud uncle. Kerry is survived by his father, Kerry Donald Benson and stepmother, Colleen Benson of Salem, Oregon, his mother, Monique Moore and stepfather, Rick Moore of Bend, Oregon, his sister, Kyla Benson of San Diego, California, and his brother, Steven Cornutt and wife Carley Cornutt, along with their twin boys Andrew and Carter of Salem, Oregon. He is also survived by three step brothers, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, and several friends.

Funeral services for Kerry will be held Friday, December 11, 2020. A visitation will occur from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Howell, Edwards, Doerksen with Rigdon-Ransom Funeral Directors, 1350 Commercial Street SE, Salem, OR 97302. A graveside burial service will follow at 2:00 PM at Belcrest Memorial Park, 1295 Browning Ave South, Salem, OR 97302. Both services are open to all.
