Terry grew up in Salem, Oregon and graduated from McNary High School. He furthered his education with a Bachelor's Degree of Business Management from the University of Oregon. He worked for the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, the State of Oregon and Chinook Winds Casino Resort to name a few. Terry was a Traditional Dancer and was proud and knowledgeable of his family's cultural heritage; learning history and stories from his elders. Terry was devoted and respected his parents, grandparents, aunties and uncle and took special interest in new additions to the family. Growing up he partook in creative arts. He always carried the Indian humor. Terry had a distinguished laugh that let everyone know he was in the room. Terry was a true Trekky--Star Trek Fan. Terry was always reliable and dependable when called upon. He was very generous, well spoken and a conversationalist. For a good laugh, Terry loved telling humorous family stories.
