Vicki is survived by her five children Pamela Kay Lester (Copley, OH), Dale Eugene Hoover (Salem, OR), Thomas Lee Hoover (Salem, OR), Tracy Darrell Hoover (Newport, OR), and Mary Ann Naylor (Portland, OR), her sister Diana Stark (Des Moines, WA), 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 3 great, great grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald R. Naylor who died March 17, 2012.
Vicki was a real estate broker for nearly 20 years, and found great joy helping people find the home of their dreams. Her interests centered around family and friends, cooking, baking, thrift shopping, gardening, and taking care of her family.
A celebration of life is being planned for Saturday, May 7, 2022 in Salem, Oregon.
