William Michael Finnegan, born to John and Mabel Finnegan passed away May 8th, 2014.
He will be greatly missed by his lovely wife Ellie and many friends, neighbors and adopted family.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 15th from 12:00 pm to 1:00pm followed by a Celebration of Life beginning at 1:00pm here at Howell-Edwards-Doerksen with Rigdon-Ransom Funeral Directors, Salem, Oregon.
William will be laid to rest at Belcrest Memorial Park following services.
