

James Alan Reynolds (Nature Jim) returned home August 31, 2016 due to Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He was born June 6, 1942 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was the youngest son of Bruford Scott and Dorothy Knapp Reynolds. He married Angela Marina Caton on June 7, 1985. They had two children-Paul and Jessica. He was previously married to Pamela Clare Smith. They had six children. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Bruford. He is survived by his brother, John Marlin; his wife Angela Marina; his children-Marlene (Michael) Swasey, JC (Annee) Reynolds, George (Kimberlee) Reynolds, Valerie (Joseph Matthew) Throckmorton, Arthur (Michelle) Reynolds, Pamela (Chris) Johnson, Paul (Brianna) Reynolds, Jessica (Cody) Deskins; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. He owned and operated Nature Jim's Sprouts for over 30 years. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and held many callings involving the youth and home teaching among other various callings. He blessed the lives of many people in the wards and stakes to which he attended. He lived a life of service, loved much, and was loved by many. There will be a viewing at the Kearns Utah Stake Center 4260 West 5215 South (Sams Blvd), September 16, 2016 from 6-8 p.m.. The funeral will be held September 17, 2016 at the same location at 11 am. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the funeral. He will be buried at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
