Martha C Gold

Marti Gold passed away peacefully in the early hours of February 17, after a long illness. She is survived by her children, Steven Gold, Philip (Kristie) Gold, David (Lorraine) Gold, Kathi Gold and Wendy Gold Leberman; her grandchildren, Sean Gold, Devin Gold, Jordan Leberman, Aleya Leberman, Elviera Gold and Nikolai Gold; and her ex-husband Robert Gold.

Marti always had a flair for fashion. From attending the Fashion Institute of Technology as a young woman, to owing a dress shop in the San Fernando Valley, to planning and managing fashion shows at Salt Lake City’s Little America, she lent her unique talent to each endeavor. She was also a passionate miniaturist, and spent many happy hours with fellow miniature lovers, crafting intricate, albeit tiny masterpieces. World travel was another great interest of Marti’s, both a vocation and avocation that took her to many corners of the globe.

Her family will miss her, yet takes comfort in knowing that she is now at peace.
