Mary Snow

1928-2011

Mary Louise Snow passed away on May 28, 2011. Mary was born on November 30, 1928 in Drumright, Oklahoma. Mary became Mrs. Billy D. Snow on January 11, 1948. Mary and Bill were long time members of Cottonwood Presbyterian Church where Mary served as the Office Administrator for many years. Mary was a long time member of PEO Chapter N, serving as President of the Chapter twice. Mary was also elected to the PEO Utah State Board and held all offices including President. Mother cherished the PEO Organization and held all of her PEO Sisters close to her heart. Mary leaves behind her daughters: Nancy Erickson (Lawrence), San Clemente, CA; and Lea Ann Snow-Southwick, Murray, Utah. Grandchildren include Russell Broadstone, Redondo Beach, CA; and Cari Carnell (Joe) of So. Ogden, Utah. We are forever changed by your passing, Mom. You were always cheerful and positive; you nurtured and supported us no matter what the endeavor. Always the example of what it meant to be a true lady and a vision of class and elegance. We would like to thank Mother’s Nurse Frankie and Dr. Jane MacPherson and the other members of Utah Hospice Specialists for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Alzheimers’s Foundation or the American Heart Association. A Memorial will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2011, 11:30AM at Cottonwood Presbyterian Church, 1580 E. Vine Street. Salt Lake City, Utah
