Barbara (Lamb) York

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Bobby Ray York, Sr. and her parents S.A. and Louise Lamb and her brother Gerald Lamb.

Barbara is survived by her two sons, Bobby Ray York, Jr. and Brian George York (Kallie). In addition she is survived by 3 grandchildren, Lindsey York Zapalac (Colin), Dalton York and Kohlson York and 3 great-grandchildren, McKenzi, Raylee and Cole. She is also survived by her sister, Janice Lamb Whitechurch and sister-in-law, Janie York Gregg.

Barbara was dedicated wife, mother and grandmother (lovingly known as Nana). She married into a hunting and fishing family and supported her husband and sons and their desires for the great outdoors.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5 to 6 pm at Johnson’s Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 1 pm Thursday in Johnson’s Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens Cemetery with James Shotts, Barbara’s nephew, officiating.
