

Bonnie Gurley Webb, 72, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at her home in San Angelo. She was born to the late, Robert Lee Roy and Mary Frances Farmer Gurley on February 5, 1944 in Phoenix, Arizona. She lived much of her life in Albuquerque before moving to Texas. She worked for the VA and Holloman AFB in Albuquerque and Big Spring advancing to the position of Contract Specialist. She also owned and operated an Antique Store in Big Spring and later became an accomplished creator of wire wrap jewelry. She enjoyed showing and selling her jewelry at shows throughout New Mexico and Texas, mostly San Angelo and Austin. She married John Webb in 1999 and the two of them moved to Puerto Vallarta Mexico for a 3 year grand adventure. They came to San Angelo in 2006 after 3 years of living in Rusk, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, John Webb; two sons, Gary McLaughlin of Lufkin and Jeff McLaughlin of Odessa; two step children, Chilton Webb of San Antonio and Christy Rose of Hewitt, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and three puppy dogs, Tazz Man, Jazzie Blues, and Mojo.
Memorials should be given to the charity of choice. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson's Funeral Home of San Angelo.
