Carolina Murphy, beloved mother and friend, born Sept. 16, 1932, passed away Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013. God needed His angel. She was 80 years young. Carolina was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Murphy. She is survived by her son and daughter in-law, Danny and Wanda Coombs; daughter and son in-law Judy and David Murdock, all of San Angelo; grandchildren Henry Coombs, Shawnee Coombs, Jamie Coombs, Stephanie Coombs, Wayne Warren, Tinesha Masters and Christopher Scharlow; eight sisters, all of California; and several great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank Interim Hospice of San Angelo. The family will accept visitors from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013, at 2922 Hummingbird Lane in San Angelo.
