Carolyn Ann Hemingway, age 69, of San Angelo, Texas passed away on Saturday November 3, 2018 surrounded by loved ones. Carolyn was born June 16, 1949 in Abilene, Texas to Ruth Butman Palk and Albert Edwin Palk. She attended Midland Lee High School, Abilene Christian and East Texas State Universities. Ann was married to Forrest Ware Harlow Jr. until his passing in 2002. Later, she married Glen Hemingway in December of 2016.
She volunteered with Friends of the Library and Rust Street Ministries and was also a member of Johnson Street Church of Christ.
Ann is survived by her husband, Glen Hemingway; mother, Ruth Butman Palk; son, Bill Harlow; daughter, Jennifer Harlow Reeb; sister, Beth Littrell and grandchildren Forrest and Thomas Harlow as well as Glen's children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many dear cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Forrest Ware Harlow; father, Ed Palk and brother, Randall Allan Palk.
A graveside service for Ann will be held Friday, November 9, 2018 at 10:00 AM at White Church Cemetery in Merkel, Texas.
