Our sweet Cesar Armando Castillo joined hands with our Holy Lord on the morning of October 20, 2015. Cesar was born to Julio Cesar Castillo and Cynthia Castillo Morales on May 28, 1996. Cesar was a 2015 graduate of San Angelo Central High School. He had a passion for the game of baseball and will forever be a member of the Bobcat football team. He was a great big brother to Matthew Isaiah, Aiden Gabriel, and Julio Xander and was a great cousin and nephew to many. He took his duty of “man of the house” seriously when his dad was away at work and helped his mom in every way possible.
Though Cesar lived in the city, he was a country boy at heart and every chance he got he would head down to his Papo’s ranch in Eldorado or northeast to the Winters ranch. He loved to ride his white horse even if it was just around the block or down the street in Miles. He realized what it took to be a hard worker through the great role models in his life and he was becoming one, too. Cesar loved to cook whether it was inside in the kitchen or outside on the pit. Cesar learned what it meant to protect and to love with Yamilex Lopez and knew his dreams of country living would one day be realized.
Cesar is survived by his parents Julio and Cindy; brothers: Matthew, Aiden, and Xander; grandparents; Armando and Sylvia Morales of San Angelo and Gonzalo and Maria Castillo of Miles, Texas; maternal aunts and uncles: Jesus and Romelia Morales, Adrian and Carmen Morales, Paulo and Yesenia Morales, all of San Angelo; paternal aunts and uncles: Jose and Maria Castillo of Georgetown, Texas, Victor Castillo of Miles, Texas, Jorge and Veronica Castillo, Tomas and Nelly Perez, Arturo and Martha Garcia, all of San Angelo, and Roland and Lymari Villarreal of Winters, Texas; cousins: Joshua, Jacob, Anthony, Estrella, Gabriela, Adrian, Efren, Luis, Paul Anthony, Melanie, and Merari Morales, Adrian and Paola Castillo (Dom and Adelyn), Shayla and Kayla Castillo, Thomas and Nicky Perez, Christian, Marc, and Maritssa Garcia, Javen, Reyly, and baby #3 Villarreal. He also leaves behind his Lakeview Little League Baseball Family, his Bobcat Football Family, and extended maternal and paternal family tree.
Rosary service is at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2015 in Johnson’s Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial is at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2015 with Fr. Joey Faylona of St. Mary’s Catholic Church officiating. Burial will follow in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
Y limpiara toda lagrima de sus ojos, y la muerte no sera mas, ni existira ya mas lamento, ni clamor, ni dolor. Las cosas anteriores han pesado. Revelacion 21:4
