Charles was born on April 15, 1929 in Winters, Texas to Elmer and Susie Morrison Bryan. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and later as a Fireman for 26 years.
Survivors include his wife Mary Bryan; daughter Kathy Whisenant and husband H.M.; grandchildren Sidney Spindor and wife Kristien and Clint Spindor; and great-grandchildren Zoe and Clay Spindor.
