Daniel Hubert Wilde

Daniel Hubert Wilde, age 58, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012. Daniel was born on June 25, 1954, in San Angelo, Texas. Daniel graduated from Wall High School in 1972. He received a computer science and physics degree from Angelo State University. Daniel loved fishing and hunting with his daughter, Jessica, and his stepson, Tyler. Daniel retired from farming, and worked for Nabors Oil Company. Daniel is survived by his children, Jessica Wilde, and her mother, Cathy Wright; and his stepson, Tyler Wright; his parents, Hubert and Lorene Wilde of Wall, Texas; his brother, David Wilde and wife Pam of Brenham, Texas; his sister, Kathy Gabrysch and husband Les of Blacksburg, Va.; and sister Jeanie Grogan and husband Joe of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by nieces Adrienne Siemsglusz and husband Steven of Brenham, Texas, Deanna Schultz and husband Jason of Brenham, Texas, and Katie and Emily Gabrysch of Blacksburg, Va.; and nephews John Gabrysch of Arlington, Va., and Michael and Matthew Grogan of San Antonio, Texas. In addition, he is survived by grandnieces Tegan Schultz and Addison Siemsglusz, and grandnephews Dalton Dunfield, Colton Schultz, Brandon Schultz, Bryce Siemsglusz, and Collin Siemsglusz, all of Brenham, Texas. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 30, at Johnson Funeral Home, with rosary following at 7 p.m. The funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Wall, Texas, with Father Bhaskar Mendem officiating. Memorials may be made to a college fund being established for his daughter, Jessica. These may be made to Jessica Wilde College Fund.
