He was born on Feb. 5, 1951 in San Angelo to Robert and Bobby Thompson.A memorial service celebrating David's life is at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the First Assembly of God.
David was preceded in death by his parents.Survivors include his wife, Nancy Lynn Thompson of San Angelo; children: Brian Ohls Thompson of Dallas, Texas, Jesse Samuel Thompson and Eowyn Nicole Pearce and husband Bryan, all of Odessa, Texas; siblings: Linda Maher and husband Roger of Leavenworth, Kansas and Buddy Thompson and wife Martha of Brenham, Texas; mother-in-law Mary Yakey and brother-in-law Randy Ott, both of Concan, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews; and other family members and close friends.
