

She was born in Springer, Oklahoma on December 3, 1916. She was a resident of San Angelo, Tx. For almost 90 years.
Frankie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two brothers.
Frankie is survived by her daughter, Frances Payne and her husband Dan of Denver Co., her son Robert Young and his wife Dorothy of San Angelo, seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren. In addition she is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Frankie is honored to have her niece Rev. Janice Kahl officiate the graveside service. Frankie’s son Bobby was her rock. He could do anything and he could fix anything. Visiting Colorado and seeing the beautiful scenery with her daughter Frances gave her great pleasure. A favorite pleasure and a great frustration was watching the Cowboys play football. She was continually amazed at how they could possibly miss a tackle or fail to make a touchdown.
Family visitation will be from 3:00pm. to 5:00pm. Monday June 11, at Johnson’s Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 10:00 am. Tuesday in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
In leau of flowers the family request that memorial be made to The American Cancer, or Meals for the Elderly, or a favorite charity.
