Jacqueline Lucille Bledsoe, 90, of San Angelo passed away June 26, 2011 in Houston. She was born to Mr. and Mrs. Jack Garrison on August 7, 1920 in Eola, TX. She grew up in San Angelo and graduated from Central High School. She married David C. Bledsoe in 1941 in San Angelo and he preceded her in death in 2000. Following his death, she moved to Houston to be closer to her daughters.
She is survived by 3 daughters: Carolyn Brown of Houston, Jan Masten and husband Ron of Houston and Sharon Ellstrom and husband Glenn of Houston; 4 grandchildren: Brent Brown, Tiffany Field, Andrea Payte and Sean Masten; and 5 great-grandchildren: Cameron, Kayla and Ryan Field and Leah and Gage Payte.
There will be a visitation Friday, July 1, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Johnson’s Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Johnson’s Funeral Home Chapel.
