Jesus Ramirez, 64, of San Angelo, passed away on June 16, 2021. He was born on February 6, 1957 in Brady, TX to Leonardo and Elodia Ramirez. Jesus attended Junction High School and graduated in the class of 1977, he then went on to attend Angelo State University. Jesus then began his career as a Massage Therapist working for Southwest Spa, he later transitioned to a Propane Transport Driver for Prodigy Petroleum, LLC. Jesus married the love of his life Elva Delia in 1982 and had 3 children. He was a proud member of Southside Lions Club and had a passion for helping the less fortunate and his family, he will always be remembered for his hunting, fishing, camping and carpentry. Jesus was preceded in death by his parents Leonardo and Elodia Ramirez. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Elva Ramirez; children Dulce Andrea Ramirez, Diego Rafael Ramirez and Jesus Alonzo Ramirez; brothers Felix Ramirez and Daniel Ramirez; and sisters Irma Ramirez and Esmeralda Valenzuela. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Johnson's Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Sacred Heart with interment to follow in Johnson’s Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
