Services will be held at 4:00 PM Thursday, April 26th in Johnson’s Funeral Home chapel. Burial with military honors will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, April 30th in Ft. Sam Houston national Cemetery. Arrangements are by Johnson’s Funeral Home.
Jewel was born July 28, 1949 in San Antonio, TX to John Leo and Helen Elizabeth (Hart) Ariola. She retired after 23 years, as a MSGT in the US Air Force.
Jewel was married to Henry Chipman on Jan. 19, 2009.
Survivors include her husband Henry Chipman of San Angelo; sons Vincent Reid, Frank Reid both of San Angelo and Billy Morris of Abilene; step daughters April Lister of Shamrock and Becky Brown of Georgia; brothers Ray Ariola of San Antonio and Bill Ariola and six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
