

Joe C. Castillo, Jr., 76, of San Angelo, Texas went peacefully to be with our Heavenly Father on Monday, November 22, 2010 surrounded by his loving family and friends. He will be remembered as a strong husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend equally strong in his Catholic faith. He and his family have been longtime members of Holy Name Catholic Church in Fort Worth, Texas.
Joe was born May 3, 1934 in San Angelo to Jesucita and Joe C. Castillo, Sr. He met the love of his life and married Alicia Ramirez in San Angelo and moved to Fort Worth in 1969 to raise two daughters. Joe’s charismatic wittiness and ingenuity provided life lessons to all who knew him and the beautiful memories he left behind will never be forgotten.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents and his brother Manuel Garcia
Castillo.
SURVIVORS: Loving wife of 41 years Alicia Castillo, daughters Patricia Castillo, Leticia Cisneros and husband Mauro Cisneros; grandchildren Lilliana and Mauro Cisneros, Jr. all from Fort Worth; sisters Josie and husband Julian Casillas, Bertha and husband Eugenio Gonzales, Sr., Elaine and husband Jesse Camarena, Luisa and husband Paul Valles, Rosa and husband Placido Bautista; brother John M. Castillo, Sr. and wife Consuelo Castillo all from San Angelo and
brother Erasmo Castillo from Cheyenne, Wyoming; and numerous devoted nephews and
nieces.
Visitation and Rosary will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 26 at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel in San Angelo. Service 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 27 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with
interment following to Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are by Johnson’s Funeral Home. Pallbearers: Mauro Cisneros, Sr., Jaime Casillas, Eugene Gonzales, Jr., Joe Camarena, Jessie Ray Bautista and John M. Castillo, Jr.
