A prayer service will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 6:00 pm at Johnsons Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 10:00 am at Johnsons Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Fairmount Cemetery.
Joe was born on April 13, 1963 in San Angelo, Texas, to John and Virginia Ramon. He was a locksmith by trade. He was very proud to have acquired his license to become a Bail Bondsman. He was a very faithful man of God, that would pray and be so very thankful for even the smallest things in life. Joe loved his family and was a brother that you could lean on and depend on that he would always be there for you.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jerri; his father, John; his mother, Virginia; his brother, Jesse, and his sister Marty.
Joe is survived by his two children that he truly loved and adored. John Jacob Ramon of Lansing, Kansas and Liberty JoeLeigh of Lakeview, Texas. Three sisters, Adela Ramon of San Angelo, Texas. Dolores and Javier Ibarra, and Junice and Marcos Alvarado all of Liberal, Kansas. Two brothers Juan Perez of San Angelo, Texas and Kevin Rivera of Oklahoma. He also leaves behind beloved family members.
Joe will be truly missed.
