Juan Daniel "Chespiro" Atilano

Juan Daniel was born September 23, 1986 in San Angelo, TX. He was a lifetime resident of San Angelo and worked as a welder for Hirschfeld Industries. Juan was a very loving and caring person. Always had a smile on his face and he never met a stranger.

He was preceded in death by his uncle Gerardo Atilano, aunt Martha Atilano and Grandfather Benito Cruz.

Survivors include his two precious children, who were his pride and joy, daughter Marissa and son Julian Atilano of San Angelo; father Juan Ramon and wife Imelda Sanchez-Atilano of San Angelo; mother Annette Diaz of San Angelo; grandparents Nicholas and Alicia Atilano of Leon Guanajuato, Mexico, Veronica and Juan Carlos Rodriguez and Daniel Diaz all of San Angelo; brothers Miguel and Nicholas Atilano all of San Angelo; his favorite loving uncle Juan Carlos Rodriguez, Jr. and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Rosary will be held at 7:00 PM Wednesday, May 29th in Johnson’s Funeral Home chapel.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are by Johnson’s Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Juan Carlos Rodriguez, Jr., Richard Alvarado, Tony Guzman, Joe Neira, Baltazar Ruiz, Sipriano Guerrero and Fernando Guerrero. Honorary pallbearers will be Miguel Atilano and Nicolas Atilano.
