Misty was a hard headed woman. But, when she loved you there was no better feeling in the world. She cherished every minute that she could spend with her family and loved them deeply. She was the Loyalist person you could ever find. There will never be another beautiful person like her ever again. I will cherish all my memories of you. Thank you for showing me what true love really feels like. I will miss you until we meet again. I love you!

Her favorite place in Pueblo, Colorado, was to go down to the dam and watch the water.

Her grand babies tater and Leigh meant more to her than anything.

I remember vividly the day you were born. Mimi was at work at Albertsons, called her, she arrived having a cigarette and she never smoked in her car. She was so excited for her first grandchild.  It was awesome being there. You and your Mom, Denise, lived with Nancy and I right after we got married and you were just a teeny little baby. In talking with Nancy it was an honor and a blessing to be your God-Parents.  You grew up and became a beautiful and loving woman who finally met the love of your life, Justin. A man that loved you with all his was and still is. My heart goes out to him and the 3 kids. But you are not hurting and with your Mom, Mimi, Grandpa, Granny, Poppy and Uncle Eddie. Tell them all I love and miss them all.

Known you almost all my life, my family has a hole in it now. Our hearts will heal, but your memory will never fade. You gave me a great gift when Bradley was born and it was an honor to live with you, laugh with you, love him and help raise him with you. Thank you for my nephew and I will continue to guide him and love him. So many memories, clubs, gun shows, movies and just driving around laughing. Rest easy, pain free and hug Denise for us.
