Pedro Salvador Garcia

Pedro worked in various places including Colorado and Utah. He retired from Bentwood Country Club Golf Facility. He was affectionately called Papi. He was a kind hearted man who loved his family very much including his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Pedro enjoyed being outside working on golf courses prior to retirement and working on landscaping after his retirement. He enjoyed all kinds of activities outside. He also enjoyed listening to music, and was an eclectic collector. Pedro is survived by his sons; Pedro Garcia Jr. and Jessie Garcia; and daughters Eva Trejo, Frances Ponce, Mary Ellen Garcia, Bertha Garcia and Lydia Garcia. His wife, Juanita of 56 years together passed on to Heaven on Jan. 21, 2014 and we are in peace that they are now both together in Heaven. Pallbearers are Esteban Trejo, Ysabelo Garcia, Joel Garcia, Marcos Garcia, Jacob Mirelez, Basilio Martinez, and Ernesto Hernandez as Honorary Pallbearer. Rosary is at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018 at Johnson’s Funeral Home. Church service is at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, followed by burial in Belvedere Memorial Cemetery in San Angelo, Texas.
