Ramona L. Holguin

She was born on March 24, 1929 in Rocksprings, Texas to Francisco and Francisca Longoria. Ramona attended Rocksprings High School and graduated in the class of 1942. She later went on to obtain her Vocational Nursing license and began her career at Shannon Medical Center. Ramona married Anselmo in 1983 and the two remained together until his passing.

Ramona is preceded in death by her husband, Anselmo; parents, Francisco and Francisca Longoria; her sisters, nieces, and nephews.

Ramona leaves several nieces and nephews to cherish her memory.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 from 6-8 PM at Johnson’s Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the Cathedral of The Sacred Heart with burial to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be James Pruitt, Moe Jimenez, Julian Zapata, Ernest Franco, Armando Franco, Jovi Allan Carrillo, Carlos Franco, and Robert Lee Gomez.
