Funeral services for Randy Lee Tinney, 59, of San Angelo are 1 pm Friday, January 25th at Johnson’s Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Belvedere Cemetery.

Mr. Tinney passed away Friday, Jan. 18th in a local hospital. He was born April 24, 1959 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Freddie Keith Tinney Sr. and Shirley Joyce (Tiff) Tinney.

He was a member of St. Margaret’s Catholic Church of San Angelo and worked as a Driller for the oilfield. He enjoyed racing, building motors, collecting cars, building model cars, and loved family get-togethers.

Randy is survived by his parents, Fred Sr. and Shirley Tinney; siblings, Pamela Yarborough, Karen Wright, Freddie Tinney Jr., Jayson Tinney and Brandon Tinney; a special brother-in-law, James Wright, and numerous nieces and nephews.
