Memorial service will be held at 3:30 PM Saturday, September 28th in Johnson’s Funeral Home chapel.
Ted was born September 27, 1924 in Pioneer, Texas to Wirt P. and Ruby (Tallant) Small.
Ted served in the US Navy during World War II and was a retired Geologist.
Survivors include daughter Dwina Lemke of San Angelo; son Arthur Small of Chicago, ILL.; sister Dorothy Vaccaro of Cottonwood, AZ. and three grandchildren Lana Lemke, Shoshana Small and Alex Small.
