Thomas Lee Bell of Winters, Texas passed away on Monday October 25th. He was born on November 20th 1955 in San Antonio, Texas to George and Glenda Bell. He is proceeded in death by his mother Glenda and brother Donnie. He is survived by his wife Gloria; sons Jason Speck (48) of Durango, Colorado, Joshua Doty (44) of Winters, Texas, Jon Bell (43) of Bottineau, North Dakota, Justin Doty (41) of Winters, Texas and daughter Brittany Bell (38) of San Antonio, Texas, his 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, his father George and three younger brothers. He had an unbelievable ability to fix or create just about anything from cars to furniture. He will be remembered for his amazing sense of humor and ability to befriend just about anyone. No funeral services will be held at this time, a gathering for a celebration of life will follow sometime in the future.
