Aver Frances Porter passed away on April 25, 2011 in San Antonio, TX at the age of 91. She was born in Midland, TX on May 5, 1919 to William Andrew & Aver (Glasgow) Meador. Frances was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jack C. Porter; her parents; 4 sisters and 3 brothers. She is survived by numerous nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday April 30, 2011 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel, with a visitation one hour prior to services. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
