

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Aaron Joseph Saenz, age 45, who entered his eternal rest on Sunday November 3, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas leaving behind a legacy of laughter, kindness and love.
He was born on February 28, 1979, to parents Anne Catalani and John Saenz in San Antonio, Texas, where he graduated from McArthur High School. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in music production. Aaron had a passion for music and electronics and was able to express his creativity and knowledge while producing music. Aaron also enjoyed collecting, whether it be baseball cards or Star Wars memorabilia. While these things brought Aaron joy, what brought him the most joy was his family and making others laugh. He was a jokester who could brighten your day with a joke, a warm smile or a thoughtful gesture. He was kind and would always put others before himself. He married the love of his life, Angelita on March 31, 2017, and was a wonderful husband and father to their son Ezekiel.
He is preceded in death by his Grandmother Anne R. Catalani; Grandfather Frank Catalani Sr.; Uncle Frank Catalani Jr.; Uncle Dan Catalani; Uncle and Godfather Paul J. Catalani; Grandmother Alicia Saenz and Grandfather Gilberto Saenz. Aaron is survived by the love of his life Angelita Garcia and their son Ezekiel; Mother Anne Catalani and Stepfather John Moya; Siblings Keith Saenz (Maria), Richelle Billiot (Darren) Cody Ridgeway (Brielle); Sisters Kristen Swain and Amy Harris; numerous nieces and nephews who he was an amazing uncle to; numerous extended family members including Paul (Crystal), Victoria (Emilio) and Issac Moya as well as his Uncles and Aunts.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on November 15, 2024, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
