Addie M. Thomas Bell, age 86, passed away in San Antonio, TX on Saturday, July 4, 2020. Born on October 3, 1933, in Victoria, TX, to parents, Mose and Nealie Ann Thomas. Addie was a sweet woman, and was known for her beautiful smile. She cared deeply for her family as she raised most of her nieces and nephews as her own children. Addie will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of over 50 years, Reverend T.J. Bell; and her siblings, Milton Thomas, Melvin Franklin, Luretha Boyd, James Franklin, Johnny Thomas, Alice Taylor, Mae Jewel Marshall Terrell, Lawrence M. Thomas, and Herbert Thomas. Addie M. Bell is survived by her brother, Jesse Thomas; son, T.J. Bell Jr; daughter, Vivian M. Bell; nieces, Barbara Oliver, Dorothy M. Ross (Maurice), Lois Atwood (Andrew), Betty Davis; her nephew, Frederick Thomas and many other nieces and nephews and grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 9:00am to 11:00am, on Thursday, July 23, 2020, at Porter Loring Mortuary.
