Adelma S. Wilkins

Delma, as she was affectionately known, will always be remembered for her quick wit and good humor.

Delma was born in San Angelo, TX on November 16, 1952. She attended Kennedy High School in San Antonio.

She is survived by her mother, Erminia Servin; devoted husband of 24 years, Jacob R. Wilkins; daughter Diana C. Russo and spouse Paul A. Lopez; and grandchildren, Aaron Robert Russo, Jazzmyn Nikkole and Moses Elijah Lopez; numerous other family members and a host of friends. Delma was also blessed with step-children Tammy Wilkins, Eunice 'June' Carrillo, Annette Martinez, Laura Hires and Jake Wilkins; numerous step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family would like to express their deepest appreciation to the numerous medical professionals who provided care during Delma's more than 30 years' with illness, including Dr. Carlos Morales, Dr. Jesse Medellin, Dr. Joseph Luna, Dr. Michael Bay and Dr. Rita Cuevas, as well as all those who offered their prayers and support.

Visitation will begin on Friday, October 16th from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. with an Evening Service at 6:30 P.M. in the Chapel at Porter Loring on McCullough.

The burial service will commence Saturday at 10:00 A.M. in the Chapel with interment in San Fernando Cemetery No. 2.
