Albert E. Farias, age 56, passed away Friday, February 10, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on April 20, 1960 in San Antonio, Texas to Jesus and Anita Farias. Albert was a general contractor by trade. He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Sarah Christine Farias, sister, Josie Farias and a brother, Augustine Farias. He is survived by his wife, Monica Farias; sons, Albert Farias Jr. and Andy (Nadia Damian) Farias; Aurora Gayton, mother of the sons; granddaughter, Leanna Farias; brothers, Louis Farias, Raymond Farias, Paul Farias, Henry Farias, Frank Farias; sisters, Connie Reyes, Olivia Davila, Candy Plata and Rosa Zuniga; numerous nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Albert's sisters, Candy and Olivia for their loving care during his illness. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road San Antonio, Texas 78238 on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Friday, February 17, 2017 at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home with interment to follow at Casanova Cemetery in Elmendorf, Texas.
